Finance Yard decided to spin-off its popular Event Calendar into a dedicated event sharing platform called Yard.
"Yard was launched today as a beta version and we're now just sourcing events from there," explains Michael Wutzke, initiator of both offerings. "There were simply too many events irrelevant for what Finance Yard does as an expert community for finance and emerging technologies. That's why we had to spin it off," he added. Finance Yard will focus on educating financial professionals using its upcoming knowledge hub and workshops, as well as by conducting events in its German chapters together with its Chapter Partners.
In today's fast-paced world, staying up to date with relevant events is a time-consuming challenge for most people. The problem lies in the fragmented nature of events and individual interests of everyone.
For most users, finding relevant in-person or virtual events is time-consuming and frustrating today. You may have to search across multiple websites, review outdated information, follow social media accounts, join countless mailing lists, and rely on recommendations just to find out about events that are crucial to your career or business. That's where Yard wants to help.
The Event Calendar of Finance Yard now just contains a subset of relevant events from Yard's Web3 events.
Yard is a platform designed to provide relevant finance and tech events in calendars and make them sharable. Thanks to Yard, events become more accessible and useful. Here is what you will be able to do with Yard:
No matter who you are: Yard is here to make your event experience smarter, more efficient, and beneficial. Let's yard!
